Service Description. This Site describes Brake Repair, Electrical Repair, Engine Diagnostics, Equipment Repair, Hydraulic Repair, Oil Change Service provided by Universal Wrench LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. Universal Wrench LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CO law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CO for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
